Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZBTB7C, a member of the ZBTB family of proteins, is primarily known for its role in regulating gene expression and cellular differentiation. This protein is involved in crucial biological processes, including immune response, hematopoiesis, and the development of various tissues. Recent studies have linked ZBTB7C to different pathophysiological conditions, particularly in the context of cancer, where it can function as a tumor suppressor or an oncogene depending on the cellular context. The aberrant expression of ZBTB7C has been observed in several cancer types, suggesting its potential role in tumor progression and metastasis. Additionally, ZBTB7C is crucial for T cell development and function, making it a significant focus in immunology research. The need for ZBTB7C recombinant proteins has arisen to facilitate a deeper understanding of its structural and functional properties, enabling researchers to explore its interaction with other molecules and its implications in various diseases. By generating and characterizing ZBTB7C recombinant proteins, scientists aim to elucidate its biological mechanisms, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting ZBTB7C-related pathways in cancer and immune disorders. This research not only enhances our understanding of ZBTB7C’s multifaceted roles but also contributes to the broader field of molecular biology, where transcription factors play essential roles in health and disease.
