Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
E2F7 is a member of the E2F family of transcription factors, which play crucial roles in controlling the cell cycle, apoptosis, and cellular differentiation. Unlike other E2F proteins, E2F7 is unique because it functions as a transcriptional repressor and is involved in the regulation of genes necessary for cellular growth and proliferation. Recent studies have highlighted its critical involvement in various biological processes, including DNA damage response and development. Dysregulation of E2F7 has been associated with cancer progression, making it an important target for therapeutic intervention. Researchers are increasingly focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying E2F7 activity, including its interactions with other proteins and its role in gene expression regulation. By studying E2F7, scientists aim to uncover its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis, as well as a target for novel cancer therapies. Furthermore, ongoing research is exploring how E2F7 contributes to the maintenance of stem cell pluripotency and the mechanisms that govern cellular differentiation, highlighting its significance beyond tumor biology. Understanding the multifaceted roles of E2F7 could provide valuable insights into both cancer biology and normal cellular processes, ultimately contributing to the development of innovative strategies for cancer treatment.
