Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TCF19 (T-cell factor 19) is a member of the TCF/LEF family of transcription factors, which play a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression, particularly in the context of Wnt signaling pathways. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of TCF19 in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, which makes it a potential target for therapeutic interventions in diseases such as cancer and autoimmune disorders. Its expression is observed in multiple tissues, with significant implications in immune system function. Despite its importance, the molecular mechanisms governing TCF19's activity remain poorly understood. The recombination and expression of TCF19 as a recombinant protein are essential for detailed functional studies, enabling researchers to explore its specific interactions with other proteins, DNA binding properties, and role in transcriptional regulation. Additionally, recombinant TCF19 can facilitate the development of potential drugs that target its pathways. Thus, investigating the structure and function of TCF19 through recombinant approaches could yield valuable insights into its biological significance and pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies. This research serves crucial objectives—enhancing our understanding of transcriptional regulation in health and disease and contributing to the development of innovative treatments aimed at modulating TCF19 activity for improved clinical outcomes.
