Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TCF21, also known as Transcription Factor 21, is a crucial regulatory protein that plays an essential role in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, organ development, and tissue homeostasis. It is particularly significant in the formation of the heart, lungs, and other organs, influencing the development of mesenchymal and epithelial tissues. Recent studies have indicated that TCF21 is not only vital for normal organogenesis but may also be implicated in several pathophysiological conditions, including fibrosis and cancer. The investigation of TCF21 recombinant proteins has gained traction due to their potential therapeutic applications and utility in understanding signaling pathways related to developmental biology and disease mechanisms. By producing and characterizing TCF21 in recombinant systems, researchers aim to elucidate its functional roles, interaction dynamics, and effects on gene expression. This research may contribute to the development of novel strategies for disease intervention, as well as enhance our understanding of the molecular basis underlying various developmental disorders. Through biotechnological approaches, researchers can harness the properties of TCF21 protein to explore its applications in regenerative medicine and targeted therapies, making it a promising focus of scientific inquiry.
