稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of BSDL (Bile Salt-Degrading Lactobacillus) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in recent years due to the increasing interest in gut health and microbiome modulation. BSDL proteins are produced by specific strains of Lactobacillus, which play a crucial role in the breakdown of bile salts in the gastrointestinal tract. This process not only aids in the digestion and absorption of dietary fats but also has implications for cholesterol metabolism and overall cholesterol homeostasis. With rising rates of metabolic disorders and cardiovascular diseases linked to dysbiosis in gut microbiota, the therapeutic potential of BSDL recombinant proteins has become a focal point of research. These proteins are being explored for their ability to restore healthy gut microbiota, enhance digestion, and provide health benefits, such as lowering cholesterol levels and improving gut barrier function. Furthermore, advances in genetic engineering and recombinant DNA technology have allowed researchers to produce and study BSDL proteins in greater detail, paving the way for potential applications in functional foods, probiotics, and biotherapeutics. The continuous evolution of our understanding of gut microbiota's role in human health underscores the need for ongoing research into BSDL recombinant proteins, which may offer innovative strategies for promoting digestive health and preventing chronic diseases.
