Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZBTB26, a member of the zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein family, plays a vital role in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, immune response, and regulation of gene expression. Its involvement in diseases, particularly in cancer and immune disorders, has garnered significant research interest. ZBTB26 has been implicated in the transcriptional regulation of multiple target genes and serves as a critical modulator of signaling pathways. Recent studies have highlighted its potential as a therapeutic target, necessitating the production of recombinant ZBTB26 protein for detailed functional analyses. This recombinant protein facilitates investigations into ZBTB26’s structure-function relationship and interactions with other biomolecules, which are essential for elucidating its mechanistic role in pathophysiological conditions. Understanding the functional dynamics of ZBTB26 can pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies, ultimately contributing to the development of targeted treatments for diseases associated with its dysregulation. Researchers are focused on optimizing expression systems, purification techniques, and functional assays to characterize the recombinant ZBTB26 protein efficiently and thoroughly.
