Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DZIP1 (DAZ interacting protein 1) is a protein that has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in reproductive biology and spermatogenesis. Originally identified as a binding partner of the DAZ (Deleted in Azoospermia) proteins, which are crucial for male fertility, DZIP1 is believed to be involved in the regulation of genes associated with germ cell development. Research has indicated that mutations or alterations in the expression of DZIP1 may contribute to infertility in males, thereby highlighting its significance in understanding and potentially addressing male infertility issues. Furthermore, the study of DZIP1 and its interactions at the molecular level could provide insights into the underlying mechanisms of germ cell maturation and function. To advance this field of research, recombinant DZIP1 protein has been developed to facilitate in vitro studies, allowing scientists to investigate its biological functions, interactions with other proteins, and involvement in key signaling pathways. The production of this recombinant protein is essential not only for studying its mechanistic roles but also for exploring its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in male infertility treatments. Overall, the investigation of DZIP1 represents a promising area of research that may lead to breakthroughs in reproductive health and genetic therapies.
