稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Fibroblast growth factor 18 (FGF18) is a member of the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family, which plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Research into FGF18 has gained prominence due to its significant involvement in developmental processes, particularly in the formation of skeletal and dental tissues. Studies have shown that FGF18 is essential for the development of cartilage and bone, making it a potential therapeutic target for conditions such as osteoarthritis and other bone-related disorders. Additionally, FGF18 has been implicated in the regeneration of tissues, which has sparked interest in its application in regenerative medicine. The production of recombinant FGF18 protein has facilitated these investigations, enabling scientists to better understand its biological functions and mechanisms of action. Moreover, understanding the signaling pathways mediated by FGF18 could lead to novel therapeutic strategies for promoting tissue regeneration and repairing damaged tissues. Continued research is necessary to fully elucidate the therapeutic potential of FGF18, as well as its role in various pathological conditions.
