Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-1 receptor accessory protein (IL1RAP) is a crucial component in the interleukin-1 cytokine signaling pathway, playing a vital role in modulating immune responses. Over recent years, research has increasingly focused on IL1RAP due to its involvement in various inflammatory diseases and cancers. It serves as a co-receptor alongside the interleukin-1 receptors (IL-1R1 and IL-1R2), facilitating the activation of downstream signaling pathways upon cytokine binding. Aberrant expression of IL1RAP has been implicated in the pathogenesis of autoimmune disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus, as well as hematological malignancies like acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The potential for IL1RAP as a therapeutic target has prompted significant interest, leading to the development of monoclonal antibodies and other biologics designed to inhibit its function. Furthermore, recombinant IL1RAP proteins have been generated for both basic research and clinical applications, aiding in the study of its signaling mechanisms and interactions with other cytokines. Understanding the role of IL1RAP in immune regulation and disease progression could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies, offering hope for improved treatment outcomes in patients with inflammatory diseases and cancers linked to its dysregulation. As research progresses, elucidating the comprehensive biological functions of IL1RAP continues to be a critical focus, with the aim of exploiting its unique properties for innovative therapeutic interventions.
