Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DNMBP (Dynamin Binding Protein) is a novel protein implicated in various cellular processes, particularly in endocytosis and membrane dynamics. Research on DNMBP has gained momentum due to its potential role in the regulation of vesicle trafficking and its association with dynamin, a GTPase crucial for membrane fission. Studies suggest that alterations in DNMBP expression or function may contribute to various diseases, including neurological disorders and cancers. The understanding of DNMBP's structure and function is vital for elucidating its mechanism of action in cellular processes. Furthermore, the recombinant production of DNMBP allows for detailed biochemical characterization and high-throughput screenings, facilitating the identification of potential therapeutic targets. By harnessing recombinant DNA technology, researchers aim to generate sufficient quantities of DNMBP for functional assays, structural studies, and the exploration of its interactions with other cellular proteins. Overall, the investigation of DNMBP as a recombinant protein contributes to the broader understanding of cellular dynamics, with significant implications for disease management and therapeutic development.
