Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WDR73 (WD repeat domain 73) is a member of the WD40 repeat protein family, which plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, transcriptional regulation, and protein–protein interactions. Recent research has highlighted the significance of WDR73 in several biological contexts, particularly in relation to neuronal function and development. Mutations in the WDR73 gene have been implicated in neurological disorders such as epilepsy and other cognitive dysfunctions, emphasizing its importance in brain health. The protein’s structure, characterized by multiple WD repeats, suggests that it may serve as an adapter or scaffold in multi-protein complexes. Recombinant WDR73 protein is being studied to elucidate its biochemical properties and functional roles in cellular pathways. Researchers employ various techniques, including X-ray crystallography and cryo-electron microscopy, to determine its three-dimensional structure, which could provide insights into how WDR73 interacts with other molecules. Additionally, understanding the post-translational modifications and interaction partners of WDR73 may uncover its regulatory mechanisms, potentially revealing therapeutic targets for treating related disorders. Overall, the investigation of WDR73 recombinant protein aims to advance our understanding of its molecular functions and implications in health and disease.
