Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
STAM (Signal Transducing Adaptor Molecule) proteins are key components in various signaling pathways that mediate cellular responses to external stimuli. They play a crucial role in the function of receptor tyrosine kinases and cytokine receptors, contributing to processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. The study of STAM proteins has gained significant interest due to their involvement in important biological functions and their potential implications in disease states, particularly in cancer and immune disorders. Understanding the structure and function of STAM proteins through recombinant technology allows researchers to dissect their mechanisms of action and interaction with other cellular components more precisely. By producing recombinant STAM proteins, scientists can investigate their biochemical properties, including binding affinities and downstream signaling effects, thereby offering insights into their regulatory roles. Furthermore, exploring the therapeutic potential of STAM-related pathways can lead to the development of novel strategies for the treatment of diseases where these pathways are dysregulated. In summary, research on STAM recombinant proteins is vital for advancing our understanding of cellular signaling mechanisms and developing targeted therapies.
