Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
STAG3L1, a member of the Stag family of proteins, has emerged as a significant focus in molecular biology due to its role in various cellular processes, particularly in chromosomal dynamics and genome stability. This recombinant protein is crucial for understanding the mechanisms of sister chromatid cohesion during meiosis, which is vital for accurate gamete formation and fertility. Recent studies have implicated STAG3L1 in several pathological conditions, including certain types of cancer, where its dysfunction may lead to chromosomal abnormalities. The investigation of STAG3L1 not only enhances our comprehension of basic biological processes but also provides potential insights into developing therapeutic strategies for diseases associated with chromosomal instability. By producing and characterizing recombinant STAG3L1, researchers aim to elucidate its structural and functional properties, paving the way for further exploration into its role in mitotic and meiotic processes. This research is crucial in advancing our understanding of genomic integrity and its implications for human health.
