Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TICAM1, also known as TRIF (Toll/IL-1 receptor (TIR) domain-containing adapter molecule 1), plays a crucial role in the innate immune response by mediating signaling pathways for TLR3 and TLR4, which are essential for recognizing viral and bacterial infections. Dysregulation of TICAM1 has been implicated in various inflammatory diseases and immune disorders, making it a significant focus of research. Understanding the structure and function of TICAM1 is vital for elucidating its role in immune signaling and potential therapeutic interventions. Recombinant TICAM1 protein has been generated to study its interactions with other signaling molecules and to decipher the pathways it activates upon pathogen recognition. This research aims to provide insights into TICAM1's role in modulating immune responses, potentially leading to the development of novel strategies to treat conditions arising from its dysfunction. By exploring TICAM1's functionality through recombinant protein studies, researchers are gaining a deeper understanding of its contributions to immune system regulation and its implications for disease pathology.
