Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BCA-1, or B-cell-attracting chemokine 1, is a member of the chemokine family that plays a crucial role in the immune response by facilitating the migration of B cells to sites of inflammation or lymphoid tissues. Research into BCA-1 has gained importance due to its potential implications in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, cancers, and chronic inflammatory conditions. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which BCA-1 influences B cell trafficking and activation can provide valuable insights into the pathogenesis of these diseases. Additionally, recombinant BCA-1 proteins are being developed as tools for studying B cell biology and could serve as potential therapeutic targets. Studies have shown that manipulating BCA-1 levels can alter immune responses, making it a promising candidate for novel immunotherapeutic strategies. Consequently, investigating recombinant BCA-1 not only enhances our understanding of immune regulation but also opens avenues for innovative treatments that could improve patient outcomes in immune-mediated diseases. The continuous exploration of its structure-function relationships also aids in the design of more effective drugs that can modulate B cell activity in various clinical contexts.
