Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WNT7A is a member of the Wnt signaling pathway, which plays a crucial role in embryonic development, cell proliferation, and differentiation. Dysfunction of WNT signaling is associated with various diseases, including cancer, making WNT7A a significant focus of biomedical research. This protein is particularly known for its involvement in the development of tissues such as the lungs, limbs, and the nervous system. Recent studies have highlighted its role in regulating stem cell behavior and tissue regeneration, positioning WNT7A as a potential therapeutic target in regenerative medicine. Additionally, the ability to produce recombinant WNT7A protein in vitro allows researchers to study its biological functions in detail, offering insights into the mechanisms underlying WNT signaling and its implications in health and disease. By investigating the properties and effects of WNT7A through recombinant technologies, scientists aim to further elucidate its role in developmental processes and explore potential applications in treating Wnt-related pathologies. This research not only advances our understanding of the fundamental aspects of cellular communication but also holds promise for innovative therapeutic strategies in regenerative therapies and oncology, highlighting the importance of WNT7A in both developmental biology and disease management.
