Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PHC2 (Pioneer of Homologous Chromosome) is a member of the PHD-finger protein family, which plays a crucial role in chromatin remodeling and gene expression regulation. Research on PHC2 has gained momentum due to its involvement in various biological processes, including cellular differentiation, development, and response to physiological stimuli. Recent studies have highlighted PHC2's role in the regulation of transcription factors and its interactions with other chromatin-associated proteins. These interactions are vital for maintaining epigenetic stability and influencing cellular fate decisions. The reconstitution of PHC2 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed biochemical and biophysical characterization, facilitating insights into its functional mechanisms and potential therapeutic applications. Such studies aim to elucidate how dysregulation of PHC2 may contribute to pathological conditions, including cancer and developmental disorders, underscoring the protein's significance in both basic and applied biomedical research. As our understanding of PHC2 deepens, it presents new opportunities for targeted therapeutic strategies that leverage its molecular functions in clinical contexts.
