Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ASB2 (Ankyrin Repeat and SOCS Box Containing 2) is a member of the Ankyrin Repeat and SOCS Box (ASB) protein family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including protein degradation, signal transduction, and cell differentiation. The study of ASB2 has garnered attention due to its involvement in regulating key signaling pathways and its potential implications in various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. In particular, ASB2 is thought to function as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, facilitating the ubiquitination of target proteins for degradation via the proteasome. This activity is critical for maintaining cellular homeostasis and proper cellular responses to stimuli. Given the importance of protein homeostasis in disease progression, understanding the mechanistic functions of ASB2 could offer insights into therapeutic strategies for targeting these pathways. Recent research has focused on elucidating the structural characteristics of ASB2, as well as its interactome and regulatory mechanisms, laying the groundwork for future investigations into its role in health and disease. As such, recombinant ASB2 protein is being studied to enhance our comprehension of its biochemical properties and interactions, paving the way for potential clinical applications aimed at modulating its function in pathological conditions.
