Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ASB1 (Ankyrin Repeat and SOCS Box-Containing Protein 1) is a member of the ASB family of proteins, which play significant roles in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, protein degradation, and cellular regulation. The research into ASB1 has gained momentum due to its involvement in several critical biological functions, particularly in muscle development and immune responses. Studies have indicated that ASB1 can interact with several key signaling pathways, potentially influencing processes such as cell differentiation and apoptosis. Moreover, the dysregulation of ASB1 has been associated with various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. As a result, understanding the structure and function of ASB1, especially through the development of recombinant protein, has become a focal point for researchers aiming to delineate its precise roles in cellular mechanisms. The recombinant ASB1 protein serves as a valuable tool for investigating its interactions with other cellular proteins and pathways, providing insights into its functional implications in health and disease. This research not only enhances our comprehension of ASB1's biological significance but also opens potential avenues for therapeutic interventions targeting its pathways in various disorders.
