Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PDCD7 (Programmed Cell Death 7) is a protein that plays a crucial role in regulating apoptosis, a form of programmed cell death essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and immune responses. Research has highlighted its involvement in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation and differentiation. PDCD7 is also implicated in several pathological conditions, such as cancer, where its dysregulation may contribute to tumor progression and resistance to therapies. The study of PDCD7 recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its potential applications in therapeutic development and as a biomarker for disease. By producing PDCD7 in a recombinant form, researchers can investigate its functional properties, interactions with other proteins, and mechanisms of action in greater detail. This creates opportunities for innovations in targeted therapies that could either restore normal apoptotic pathways in diseases characterized by excessive cell survival, such as cancer, or enhance immune responses in infectious diseases. Overall, understanding PDCD7 and its recombinant versions may provide insights into novel treatment strategies and contribute to the advancement of precision medicine.
