Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBE2T (Ubiquitin Conjugating Enzyme E2 T) is a member of the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family, which plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS) responsible for protein degradation and regulation within cells. Its primary function involves the conjugation of ubiquitin to substrate proteins, thereby influencing various cellular processes such as cell cycle regulation, DNA repair, and signal transduction. Research has shown that UBE2T is involved in the ubiquitination of specific substrates, including those related to the DNA damage response, making it a vital player in maintaining genomic stability. Abnormal expression or function of UBE2T has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, where it may contribute to tumorigenesis by altering the degradation of oncogenic proteins or impairing DNA repair mechanisms. Recent studies have highlighted the potential of UBE2T as a therapeutic target, prompting interest in the design and characterization of UBE2T recombinant proteins. Understanding the structure and function of UBE2T, as well as its interactions with other proteins in the ubiquitination cascade, is essential for developing novel strategies to manipulate its activity in disease contexts, ultimately aiming to enhance therapeutic efficacy and precision medicine approaches. As research progresses, recombinant UBE2T proteins are being utilized in biochemical assays to elucidate their roles in cellular pathways and offer insights into the therapeutic potential of modulating ubiquitin-mediated processes in disease.
