Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on ARSJ (Acidic Glucosaminidase Recombination Protein) focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms behind various diseases and physiological functions. ARSJ plays a critical role in the degradation of glycosaminoglycans, which are essential components of the extracellular matrix involved in cell signaling, tissue repair, and development. Deficiencies or abnormalities in ARSJ expression have been linked to several pathological conditions, including osteoarthritis and mucopolysaccharidoses, highlighting its significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the study of ARSJ's structure and function, allowing researchers to investigate its enzymatic properties, interactions with other biomolecules, and regulatory mechanisms. Understanding these aspects can pave the way for developing targeted therapeutics and diagnostic tools, offering potential benefits for patients suffering from related disorders. This research is further supported by interdisciplinary approaches, combining biochemistry, molecular biology, and structural analysis, to elucidate the intricate roles of ARSJ in health and disease. As a result, ARSJ represents a promising target for future studies aimed at improving our understanding of glycosaminoglycan metabolism and its implications in human health.
