Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The TARS (tRNA synthetase) family of proteins has garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology due to their essential role in the translation of genetic information into proteins. This family of enzymes is responsible for the accurate aminoacylation of tRNA molecules, a critical step in protein synthesis. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of TARS in various cellular processes, including stress response, cell signaling, and regulation of gene expression. Mutations in the TARS genes have been linked to several human diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and metabolic syndromes, underscoring their relevance in health and disease. Given the structural complexity and intricate mechanisms of TARS enzymes, researchers have turned to recombinant DNA technology to produce TARS proteins for functional and structural analyses. This approach allows for the detailed study of TARS activity, interactions with tRNA, and the characterization of its enzymatic properties, which are crucial for understanding the underlying mechanisms of disease and for developing potential therapeutic strategies. The recombination of TARS proteins not only sheds light on their fundamental biological roles but also holds promise for biotechnological applications, including the development of synthetically engineered tRNA synthetases for novel applications in protein engineering and synthetic biology.
