Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AMPD1 (Adenosine Monophosphate Deaminase 1) is a key enzyme involved in purine metabolism, specifically in the conversion of adenosine monophosphate (AMP) to inosine monophosphate (IMP) via deamination. Deficiency in AMPD1 can lead to various health issues, including muscle fatigue and exercise intolerance, as it impairs energy metabolism during high-intensity activities. Research on AMPD1 recombinant protein has gained traction in the fields of biochemistry and molecular biology, as it plays a crucial role in understanding metabolic disorders and developing potential therapeutic strategies. By producing recombinant AMPD1 in suitable expression systems, researchers aim to elucidate the enzyme's structure-function relationship, explore its biochemical properties, and assess its relevance in muscle physiology. Furthermore, studies involving AMPD1 recombinant proteins facilitate the screening of inhibitors or activators that could modulate its activity, providing insights into novel treatments for conditions associated with its deficiency. This research not only contributes to the fundamental knowledge of energy metabolism but also holds the promise for medical advancements in addressing related muscular and metabolic diseases.
