稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CREM (cAMP Response Element Modulator) is a critical transcription factor that plays a significant role in various physiological processes, including spermatogenesis, neurobiology, and immune responses. Initially identified as a key player in mediating the cellular response to cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), CREM has been found to regulate a variety of target genes involved in these processes. Its role extends beyond simple gene activation; CREM isoforms can either promote or repress transcription depending on cellular context. This dual functionality is particularly relevant in the study of reproductive health, where CREM is crucial in the differentiation of germ cells in the testes. The study of CREM is further complicated by its ability to form homodimers and heterodimers with other transcription factors, which impacts its activity and functional outcomes. As researchers delve into the structural biology of CREM, the production of recombinant CREM proteins has become a valuable tool in elucidating its mechanisms of action and interaction with DNA and other proteins. Understanding these dynamics is essential for advancing therapeutic strategies aimed at addressing conditions linked to CREM dysregulation, such as infertility and neurodegenerative diseases. Through the exploration of recombinant CREM proteins, scientists aim to dissect the molecular pathways influenced by this transcription factor and its potential as a target for pharmacological intervention. This research not only enriches our understanding of gene regulation but also highlights the intricate connections between signal transduction and transcriptional control in health and disease.
