稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Alyref, a member of the REF/Aly family of RNA-binding proteins, has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its critical role in RNA metabolism and gene expression regulation. Initially identified for its involvement in the export of mRNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm, Alyref has been linked to various cellular processes, including splicing, transcription regulation, and the response to cellular stress. The study of Alyref is particularly pertinent given its implications in diverse biological contexts, such as development, immune responses, and cancer progression. Recent research highlights its potential as a biomarker for certain diseases and its role in viral infections, where it may influence the host's immune response. Understanding the structure and function of Alyref, particularly through the analysis of recombinant protein, is essential for elucidating its mechanisms of action and interactions with other cellular components. This could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting Alyref in disease contexts, making it a pivotal focus of molecular biology research.
