稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OR52E8 is a member of the olfactory receptor family, which plays a crucial role in the detection of odorants and olfactory signaling. Recent studies have indicated that this receptor, although primarily associated with the sense of smell, may also have implications in non-olfactory processes, including respiratory physiology and potential roles in modulating neural pathways. The interest in OR52E8 has grown due to its unique expression patterns and the potential involvement in various biological functions, including respiratory diseases and neurodegenerative conditions. Researchers aim to investigate the structural and functional properties of OR52E8 through recombinant protein expression, enabling detailed studies on its role in olfactory transduction and other physiological processes. By using advanced techniques in molecular biology and biochemistry, scientists seek to elucidate its signaling mechanisms and interactions with ligands, ultimately contributing to a better understanding of sensory biology and potential therapeutic applications. This research could open new avenues for drug discovery and the development of novel interventions targeting olfactory-related disorders and beyond.
