稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of LPD (Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2) recombinant proteins has gained significant interest due to their crucial role in lipid metabolism and cardiovascular health. LPD is an enzyme involved in the hydrolysis of phospholipids, leading to the generation of bioactive lipids that influence inflammatory processes and cellular signaling pathways. Elevated levels of LPD have been associated with atherosclerosis, coronary artery disease, and other cardiovascular disorders, making it a potential biomarker for disease risk. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have enabled the production of LPD proteins in various host systems, facilitating detailed studies on their structure and function. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of LPD's action could provide insights into therapeutic interventions aimed at modulating lipid levels and reducing cardiovascular risk. Additionally, the development of recombinant LPD proteins has potential applications in drug development and diagnostic tools. Ongoing research aims to elucidate the complex interactions of LPD with lipids and its role in pathophysiological processes, thereby contributing to the broader understanding of cardiovascular diseases and the potential for novel treatment strategies.
