Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ABCF3, a member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter superfamily, plays a critical role in cellular processes such as drug transport and the regulation of various biological functions. Initially identified for its involvement in multidrug resistance, ABCF3 has garnered attention for its potential to influence immune responses and cellular translation mechanisms. Recent studies have shown that ABCF3 can modulate the activity of certain ribosomal complexes, highlighting its relevance in protein synthesis under stress conditions. As an integral part of cellular defense against xenobiotics, the understanding of ABCF3’s structure and function is pivotal not only for elucidating the mechanisms of drug resistance but also for exploring its therapeutic potential. Researchers are focused on characterizing the unique properties of the ABCF3 protein, including its substrate specificity and interaction with other cellular proteins. The insights gained from ABCF3 research may pave the way for innovative strategies in combating drug resistance in cancer therapy and enhancing the efficacy of existing treatments. Consequently, the ongoing investigation into ABCF3 recombinant protein is crucial, as it may unlock new avenues for therapeutic interventions and improve the overall understanding of ABC transporters in health and disease.
