Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TAN1 (T-cell activation nucleotide-binding protein 1) is a crucial protein involved in cellular processes such as apoptosis and immune response regulation. Research on TAN1 has gained significant attention due to its potential implications in various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. Studies indicate that TAN1 plays a vital role in T-cell activation, influencing cytokine production and cellular proliferation. Furthermore, the protein has been linked to the modulation of signaling pathways that govern cell survival and differentiation. Understanding the structure and function of TAN1 can provide insights into its regulatory mechanisms, thereby offering potential therapeutic targets for intervention. Researchers are focusing on the recombinant expression of TAN1 to study its biochemical properties and interactions at a molecular level, facilitating the discovery of inhibitors or modulators that could effectively alter its function in disease contexts. The production of TAN1 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed structural analyses and functional assays, ultimately contributing to our understanding of its role in immune regulation and disease pathogenesis. This research is pivotal as it opens avenues for novel treatment strategies that leverage the modulation of TAN1's activity, enhancing our capability to combat immune-related diseases more effectively.
