  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

NCOA6IP (Nuclear Receptor Coactivator 6 Interacting Protein) is a protein that has garnered interest in the field of molecular biology due to its role in various cellular processes and its potential implications in disease mechanisms. Initially identified as an integral component associated with nuclear receptor signaling, NCOA6IP is believed to participate in the transcriptional regulation of genes involved in critical biological pathways, including metabolism, differentiation, and cell growth. The reorganization of NCOA6IP through various post-translational modifications, such as phosphorylation and acetylation, has been linked to its functional versatility and interaction with other key regulatory proteins. Recent studies have begun to reveal its involvement in pathological conditions, such as cancer and metabolic disorders, highlighting the importance of understanding its regulatory mechanisms. Investigating the structure and function of recombined NCOA6IP proteins can provide valuable insights into their biological roles and potential as therapeutic targets. Understanding these mechanisms could contribute to the development of novel strategies for modulating NCOA6IP pathways in disease contexts, offering hope for new treatment avenues in related disorders.
