Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GMEB2 (Glycosylated Membrane-Associated Protein 2) is a member of the GMEB family, which has been implicated in various cellular processes, including transcription regulation, cell proliferation, and stress responses. Research on GMEB2 has gained attention due to its potential roles in oncogenesis and its association with several diseases, particularly cancer, where altered expression levels have been observed. The protein's unique structure, featuring multiple domains, suggests that it may interact with different cellular partners, influencing diverse signaling pathways. Recombination techniques to produce GMEB2 as a recombinant protein have opened up avenues for detailed functional studies, allowing researchers to investigate its biochemical properties, post-translational modifications, and interaction dynamics in vitro and in vivo. Understanding GMEB2's role could provide insights into novel therapeutic targets and biomarkers for diseases associated with its dysregulation. The continued exploration of GMEB2's functions and mechanisms highlights its significance in cell biology and medicine.
