Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GLYCTK, or glycine cysteine and threonine kinase, is a protein of growing interest in the field of molecular biology due to its involvement in various biochemical processes. Recent research suggests that GLYCTK plays a significant role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly those related to stress responses and metabolic regulation. Understanding the structural and functional properties of GLYCTK is essential for elucidating its biological functions and underlying mechanisms. Given its potential implications in disease mechanisms, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, researchers have been focused on recombinant protein expression and purification techniques to produce functional GLYCTK for detailed studies. By utilizing advanced techniques like site-directed mutagenesis and protein crystallization, scientists aim to uncover the structure-activity relationships of GLYCTK, paving the way for potential therapeutic applications. The ongoing research will not only enhance our understanding of GLYCTK but also contribute to the broader field of kinase biology, highlighting its significance as a target for drug development and biomarker identification.
