Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HIST2H3A encodes a histone variant that is an integral part of the nucleosome core, playing a critical role in the packaging of DNA into chromatin. Research into HIST2H3A is significant because histone variants are crucial for regulating gene expression, DNA repair, and chromosomal stability. Unlike conventional histones, HIST2H3A is implicated in specific gene regulation mechanisms, cellular differentiation, and response to environmental stimuli. Its dysregulation has been associated with various diseases, including cancer, where improper histone modification patterns contribute to tumorigenesis. Understanding HIST2H3A through recombinant protein studies allows researchers to investigate its structural properties, interactions with DNA, and functional implications in cellular contexts. Furthermore, recombinant HIST2H3A can serve as a valuable tool for studying epigenetic modifications and chromatin dynamics, providing insights into how histone modifications influence gene transcription and cellular behavior. This research has broad implications for understanding the fundamental processes of cellular biology and the development of potential therapeutic strategies aimed at correcting epigenetic dysregulation in diseases.
