Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
USP3 (ubiquitin-specific protease 3) is a deubiquitinating enzyme that plays a crucial role in regulating cellular processes by removing ubiquitin moieties from target proteins, thereby influencing their stability, activity, and localization. Research on USP3 has garnered significant interest due to its involvement in various biological pathways, including DNA damage response, cell cycle regulation, and immune responses. Dysregulation of USP3 has been implicated in several diseases, such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a promising target for therapeutic intervention. The recombinant production of USP3 has enabled researchers to obtain large quantities of the protein, facilitating in-depth studies of its enzymatic properties and interactions with other cellular components. By elucidating the specific mechanisms by which USP3 exerts its effects, scientists aim to provide insights into potential biomarkers and novel treatment strategies for diseases associated with abnormal ubiquitination processes. The ongoing investigation of USP3's structure-function relationship highlights its importance in cellular homeostasis and its potential as a molecular target in drug development.
