Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
USP43 (Ubiquitin-Specific Protease 43) is a member of the ubiquitin-specific protease (USP) family, which plays a critical role in the post-translational regulation of protein stability and activity through the removal of ubiquitin from substrate proteins. Dysregulation of the ubiquitin-proteasome system has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune diseases. Recent studies have suggested that USP43 may be involved in regulating cell proliferation, apoptosis, and signal transduction pathways by modulating the degradation of specific substrates. For instance, USP43 has been shown to deubiquitinate proteins that are crucial for the establishment and maintenance of cellular homeostasis. Furthermore, its expression levels and activities have been associated with particular tumor types, indicating its potential role as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Understanding the biochemical mechanisms and pathways regulated by USP43 can provide insight into its functional significance in health and disease, paving the way for novel therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring normal ubiquitin signaling pathways. Thus, research on USP43 recombinant protein is essential for elucidating its biological functions and interactions, which may ultimately contribute to the development of targeted therapies for diseases where USP43 is implicated.
