Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
USP33 (Ubiquitin-Specific Protease 33) is a member of the deubiquitinating enzyme family that plays a critical role in the regulation of various cellular processes by reversing the ubiquitination of target proteins. Ubiquitination is a post-translational modification that typically tags proteins for degradation, thus regulating protein stability, localization, and activity. Dysregulation of ubiquitination and deubiquitination pathways is associated with numerous diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and viral infections. Given USP33's potential involvement in these pathways, its study has garnered significant attention. Research has revealed that USP33 can influence various signaling pathways, particularly those related to immune response and cell cycle regulation. Furthermore, USP33 has been shown to interact with several key proteins involved in oncogenic processes, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the structural and functional aspects of USP33, including its substrate specificity and regulatory mechanisms, is essential for exploring its biological roles and implications in disease. Consequently, USP33 is being investigated not only for its fundamental biological significance but also for its potential application in developing novel therapies aimed at modulating its activity in disease contexts. As the role of ubiquitination and deubiquitination continues to unfold, USP33 stands out as an attractive candidate for further research into its therapeutic relevance in disease modulation and the quest for innovative treatments.
