  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

FBXL13 is a member of the F-box protein family, which plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, a key pathway for protein degradation and cellular regulation. Recent studies have suggested that FBXL13 is involved in various biological processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and immune responses. Its interaction with specific substrates influences the stability of these proteins, impacting cellular functions and signaling pathways. Dysregulation of FBXL13 has been linked to several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Consequently, recombinant FBXL13 protein has become a focal point for research to elucidate its structural characteristics, functional mechanisms, and interactions with other regulatory proteins. Understanding the role of FBXL13 in cellular processes could provide insights into its contribution to pathologies and open avenues for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity. Researchers are particularly interested in developing recombinant FBXL13, as it enables detailed investigations into its biochemical properties and biological roles, which could lead to advancements in targeted therapies and personalized medicine approaches. The growing interest in FBXL13 reflects the broader implications of F-box proteins in maintaining cellular homeostasis and their potential as biomarkers for disease diagnosis and prognosis.
