Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The TTC30B protein, an emerging focus in molecular biology, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, cytoskeletal organization, and protein degradation. TTC30B belongs to the tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) family, known for their involvement in mediating protein-protein interactions. Research has highlighted the significance of TTC30B in the context of neurodevelopmental disorders and cancer, where its dysregulation is often implicated. Its unique structure allows for specific binding to various partner proteins, suggesting that TTC30B may serve as a key modulator in multiple signaling pathways. Furthermore, studies have demonstrated that TTC30B can influence the stability and localization of proteins within the cell, thereby impacting cellular dynamics and responses to external stimuli. Continued investigation into the functional mechanisms of TTC30B not only enhances our understanding of its biological roles but also presents potential therapeutic avenues for diseases characterized by its abnormal expression or function. Understanding the intricacies of TTC30B's interactions and pathways could lead to novel strategies for intervention in conditions linked to its dysregulation, making it a promising candidate for future research in both fundamental biology and translational medicine.
