Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TTC12, or tetratricopeptide repeat protein 12, has garnered increasing attention in the field of molecular biology and genetics due to its potential implications in various biological processes and disease states. This protein contains a series of tetratricopeptide repeats, which are known to mediate protein-protein interactions, suggesting a crucial role in cellular signaling and regulation. Initial studies have linked TTC12 to immune response modulation, with implications for autoimmune diseases, where dysregulation of immune signaling pathways is a key feature. Additionally, TTC12 has been implicated in certain cancers, indicating its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. The research surrounding TTC12 focuses on elucidating its functional mechanisms, interactions with other proteins, and the pathways it influences. Understanding how TTC12 operates at the molecular level could provide insights into its role in health and disease, paving the way for novel therapeutic interventions. The structural and functional characterization of TTC12, especially through recombinant protein studies, is essential to clarify its contributions in various cellular contexts and explore its potential as a target for drug development in diseases such as cancer and autoimmune disorders.
