Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CMTM1, or CKLF-like MARVEL transmembrane protein 1, is a member of a family of proteins that play significant roles in various cellular processes, including immune response, cell signaling, and cellular adhesion. Recent studies have highlighted the potential involvement of CMTM1 in diseases, particularly in cancer, where it may influence tumor progression and metastasis. Understanding the structure and function of CMTM1 is essential for elucidating its biological roles and implications in pathophysiology. The recombinant expression of CMTM1 has emerged as a vital approach to study its functional properties and interactions with other proteins. By producing CMTM1 as a recombinant protein, researchers can conduct in vitro assays to explore its role in cellular mechanisms, such as apoptosis and autophagy, and its effects on cancer cell behavior. Furthermore, this research could pave the way for developing novel therapeutic strategies targeting CMTM1 for cancer treatment or other related diseases. With ongoing studies, the characterization of CMTM1 as a recombinantly expressed protein will enhance our understanding of its biological significance and provide insights into potential clinical applications.
