Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EMR1 (EGF-like module-containing mucin-like hormone receptor-like 1) is a member of the adhesion class of G protein-coupled receptors and is predominantly expressed in immune cells such as eosinophils and macrophages. Its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes makes it a significant focus of research. EMR1 plays a crucial role in mediating immune responses, tissue remodeling, and inflammation, which are fundamental in conditions like allergic reactions, asthma, and other inflammatory diseases. Moreover, EMR1 is implicated in the resolution of inflammation and tissue repair, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant protein forms of EMR1 are essential for studying its functions and interactions, enabling researchers to decipher its role in immune signaling pathways. By using recombinant technology, scientists can produce EMR1 at scale, facilitating a myriad of experiments to elucidate its structure-function relationship, signaling mechanisms, and potential implications in disease states. This research not only contributes to a better understanding of EMR1's biological roles but also opens avenues for developing novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating immune responses by targeting this receptor. The growing interest in EMR1 underscores its importance in immunology and its potential relevance in the development of next-generation immunotherapeutics.
