Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of EMR2 recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their pivotal roles in the immune system and cell signaling pathways. EMR2, a member of the EGF-TM7 family of receptors, is primarily expressed on the surface of various immune cells, including monocytes and macrophages. It is known to play a crucial role in regulating immune responses, cellular adhesion, and migration. Research has indicated that EMR2 may be involved in the modulation of inflammation and the pathogenesis of several diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. The development of recombinant EMR2 proteins allows for a deeper exploration of its biological functions, potential as a therapeutic target, and role in disease mechanisms. By producing these proteins in a controlled laboratory environment, researchers can investigate EMR2's interactions at the molecular level, offering insights into its signaling pathways and potential modulation in therapeutic contexts. Furthermore, understanding the structure-function relationship of EMR2 can pave the way for the design of novel drugs aimed at enhancing or inhibiting its activity, making EMR2 a promising focus in the field of immunology and drug development. Overall, the recombinant expression of EMR2 proteins serves as a foundational step towards elucidating its biological significance and therapeutic potential, contributing to advancements in both fundamental research and clinical applications.
