Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM46B (Family with Sequence Similarity 46 Member B) is a gene that encodes a protein involved in various cellular processes, including apoptosis, cellular differentiation, and immune response. Recent studies have highlighted its potential role in cancer biology, particularly in hematological malignancies. Research has indicated that FAM46B may exhibit tumor-suppressive functions, with its downregulation being associated with poorer prognosis in certain cancers. Its involvement in the regulation of gene expression and its interplay with other molecular pathways further underscores its significance in oncogenesis and tumor progression. Structural studies of recombinant FAM46B protein are essential to elucidate its functional domains and interaction mechanisms. By producing and characterizing the recombinant protein, scientists aim to uncover its biochemical properties and potential as a therapeutic target. This research not only contributes to a deeper understanding of FAM46B's role in cancer but also opens avenues for novel therapeutic strategies. Understanding the mechanistic pathways influenced by FAM46B could lead to innovative approaches in cancer treatment, highlighting the importance of further exploration in this field.
