Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TIC2 (T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-containing protein 2) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and plays a critical role in immune system regulation, particularly in the activation and differentiation of T cells. The research on TIC2 recombinant protein has gained attention due to its potential applications in various therapeutic contexts, including autoimmune diseases, cancer immunotherapy, and infectious diseases. TIC2 is known to interact with multiple signaling pathways, especially those mediated by cytokines and growth factors, influencing T cell responses and overall immune function. Recent studies have indicated that TIC2 may enhance the efficacy of immune responses, making it a promising target for novel therapeutic strategies. Understanding the structural and functional properties of recombinant TIC2 is essential for elucidating its role in immune modulation and for developing engineered proteins with improved biological functions. As researchers seek to harness the power of TIC2 in clinical applications, the generation of recombinant forms of this protein enables detailed investigations into its mechanisms of action, potential interactions with other immune components, and therapeutic efficacy in preclinical and clinical settings. Ongoing studies aim to clarify the biological significance of TIC2, paving the way for innovative approaches that leverage its innate properties to combat immune-related disorders and improve patient outcomes.
