Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM55, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) protein family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in regulating various cellular processes, including apoptosis, autophagy, and inflammation. Research indicates that TRIM55 is involved in the modulation of immune responses and may influence the development of cancer through its effects on cell proliferation and differentiation. Initially identified for its ability to interact with and regulate various signaling pathways, TRIM55 has been explored as a key player in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Disturbances in TRIM55 expression or function have been linked to several pathologies, including tumors and autoimmune diseases, suggesting that it may serve as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Recent studies employing recombinant TRIM55 protein have provided insights into its structural and functional properties, revealing its potential as a novel target for drug discovery. Consequently, understanding TRIM55's mechanisms of action and interactions with other cellular components is crucial for elucidating its role in health and disease, paving the way for the development of innovative therapeutic strategies aimed at manipulating its activity for clinical benefit.
