Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ETV3 is a member of the E26 transformation-specific (ETS) transcription factor family, which plays a critical role in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and oncogenesis. The reorganization of ETV3 has garnered significant interest due to its involvement in several human cancers, particularly in regulating genes that promote tumor growth and metastasis. Studies have shown that ETV3 can be overexpressed in certain cancer types, making it a potential biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis. In addition, ETV3 interacts with multiple signaling pathways and transcriptional networks, influencing the cellular response to different stimuli. The investigation of recombinant ETV3 protein is crucial for understanding its structural and functional characteristics, which can provide insights into its role in tumor biology. By producing ETV3 in a recombinant form, researchers can study its interactions with DNA and other proteins, facilitating the identification of target genes and pathways regulated by ETV3. This research not only enhances our understanding of ETV3's biological functions but also opens avenues for developing targeted therapies that could inhibit its oncogenic functions, providing a potential strategy for cancer treatment.
