Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TMEM63A, a member of the TMEM63 family of transmembrane proteins, has garnered attention in recent years due to its role in cellular mechanisms and pathophysiological contexts. Research indicates that TMEM63A is involved in various cellular processes, including ion channel regulation, cellular signaling, and mechanosensation. Its structure suggests potential functions in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to mechanical stimuli. Notably, mutations in the TMEM63A gene have been linked to diseases, particularly neurological disorders, making it a candidate for further exploration in disease mechanisms and therapeutic approaches. Recombination technology has enabled the production of recombinant TMEM63A proteins, facilitating biochemical and biophysical studies that can elucidate their functional roles. By investigating the properties and interactions of TMEM63A, researchers aim to better understand its significance in health and disease, potentially leading to new insights into therapeutic strategies for conditions associated with TMEM63A dysfunction. Overall, the study of TMEM63A recombinant proteins stands as a promising frontier in molecular biology and medical research.
