  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

ZNF148, a member of the zinc finger protein family, is known to play a crucial role in transcriptional regulation and chromatin remodeling. Recent studies have highlighted its significant involvement in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of ZNF148 has been implicated in several diseases, particularly cancer, where it may act as an oncogene or tumor suppressor depending on the cellular context. Understanding the structure and function of ZNF148 is essential for elucidating its biological roles and potential therapeutic applications. The recombinant protein of ZNF148 can be produced to study its interactions with DNA and other proteins, providing insights into its regulatory mechanisms. Moreover, this research may contribute to the development of novel strategies for disease intervention by targeting the pathways involving ZNF148. Overall, the study of ZNF148 and its recombinant protein represents a promising area of investigation in the fields of molecular biology and medical research, aiming to unravel the complexities of gene regulation and its implications for human health.
