稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EPN3 (E3 Ubiquitin Ligase EPN3) is part of a family of proteins involved in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which plays a critical role in regulating protein degradation, cellular signaling, and various physiological processes. The study of EPN3 has gained attention due to its potential involvement in key cellular pathways, including those related to cancer, immune response, and neurodegenerative diseases. As an E3 ligase, EPN3 facilitates the transfer of ubiquitin to target proteins, marking them for degradation or altering their function, thereby influencing cellular homeostasis. Recent research has indicated that dysregulation of E3 ligases, including EPN3, can lead to aberrant protein accumulation and contribute to disease pathology. Understanding EPN3's specific targets and mechanisms is crucial for elucidating its role in various biological processes and diseases. Given the therapeutic potential of modulating ubiquitination pathways, EPN3 has emerged as a promising target for drug development. Current studies focus on investigating its structure-function relationship, regulatory mechanisms, and interactions with other proteins, which may open new avenues for therapeutic interventions in conditions where EPN3 activity is misregulated. Overall, the ongoing research into EPN3 not only sheds light on fundamental cellular processes but also highlights its significance in the development of innovative strategies for disease treatment.
